L’Oréal is one of the most significant international producers of cosmetics with the brands L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline New York, Vichy and many others. L’Oréal began its operations in the Czech Republic in 1994 by selling goods for the consumer market. One year later professional products were added intended for use in hairdressing salons, and in the year 2000 it started to offer dermo-cosmetic preparations and luxury products.
